GENERAL
Please provide neat visual references & descriptions. Products will be digital-only
I have the right to reject the offer if I feel that I am unable to draw your request.Upon completion, the commission will be sent to your email.For more characters on the same commission, the same price must be paid for each character. 2 characters cost twice as much, 3 characters cost three times as much, and so on.
PAYMENTS
My comissions require full upfront payment. For big commissions we may discuss a payment plan with a 50% upfront payment
REVISIONS
If there are any details you want to change you should let me know in the early stages of the commission (sketch/color). Any modification beyond these stages will be an extra charge.
DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
General turnaround time is 1-3 weeks to 3 months, depending on the commission type and slots ahead of your commission, unless rush fee is paid.- Please keep in mind that I have other job, so if it takes me a long time, it could be because of that. You can always contact me to check on the progress.
USE
Personal Use. Illustrations purchased for personal use are intended solely for non-commercial purposes. Personal use includes display on personal social media profiles, personal websites, or printing for personal enjoyment.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
I retain the right to post the work (watermarked) with the client credited.
NFT or AI training usage is NOT ALLOWED on any of my works.
REFUNDS
If the commission delivery exceeds the agreed deadline and no new delivery date has been established, the client may request a 50% refund of the total price.Once the process starts I will NOT accept refunds or chargebacks. The customer may cancel the commission if payment has not been made yet & I have not started on your commission.I will only start on the commission after agreed payment amount has been made.There will be no refund if you are not satisfied with the final result of the commission.
